Scott B. Halliday received his Bachelor of Sciences from University of Washington in June 1977. He received training in finance through associations with Kidder, Peabody & Co in 1978 and with Winthrop Development, Inc in 1991., and has successfully developed
over $70,000,000 of medical facilities over the last 13 years in 8 western states. He has substantial experience with revenue and cost analysis of healthcare and real estate as well as finance methods.
